Using Google Reviews to Sell More Buildings

Google runs the search world. So making sure you let them (and your customers) know that you are a business worth dealing with by utilising their reviews, is a really simple and effective way to increase the leads you generate online.

Here are 3 reasons why Google Reviews are important for your business

1. They help with search engine optimisation and visibility

Google tracks the activity of ratings and boosts the businesses that have a large number of high ratings because it recognizes those businesses that try to engage with their customers and provide a great customer experience. Also, a good review rating can push your business to the Google Local Pack, which lists the first three businesses near the top of the search page based on location. This can massively increase your businesses visibility on Google.

2. Good reviews will influence potential customers

Did you know that 91% of consumers regularly or occasionally read online customer reviews to determine whether a local business is good or bad? Also, 84% of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation. If you saw a business with 50+ 5-star reviews, and a business with 3 5-star reviews, who would you contact first?

3. The get more people to your website, which will get you more leads

Google reviews increase click-through rates to your website, and increase the number of people who see your website. People cannot do business with you if they don’t know you exist. The combination of increased visibility and being able to demonstrate to potential customers that you’re a business worth dealing with means you will get more people to your website who are already interested in doing business with you.

So hopefully this email has encouraged you to get serious about increasing your Google Reviews!

If you’ve already got a Google My Business profile, start sending requests for reviews to your customers. You can just let them know you value their feedback and send them a link to your profile.
